Sciencotonic Edu Pvt Ltd has ceased operations. That is our situation to carry, not yours — and it should not cost you a job offer. This page exists so that any employer, HR team or background-screening agency can confirm your employment quickly, from named, reachable people, at the company's own domain.
We answer every request. If a response is slow, chase us — you are not imposing.

Who answers. Verification requests are handled by the directors of the company — Karthick, Manjunathan and Azhagiri — and replies come from the address above, on the company's own domain. You do not have to take this page's word for who we are: the company's directors are listed on the public register and can be confirmed on the MCA21 portal under the CIN above. If you need the reply signed, say so and a director will sign it.
On the two dates. They mean different things and a screening form will often ask for both. The company was incorporated on 4 December 2017 and stopped trading in July 2025 — that is the window any employment with us falls inside. It has not been dissolved: it remains on the MCA register today, which is why the CIN above still resolves.
For employers, HR and screening agencies
We will confirm a former employee's record in writing. To let us answer on the first reply rather than the third, please include:
- The candidate's full name as it appeared on their employment records.
- The employment dates and job title they have stated, so we can confirm or correct them precisely.
- Written consent from the candidate authorising us to release their employment details to you. We will not disclose anything without it.
- Your company name and a verifiable work email address, plus a reference number if your process uses one.

What we will confirm
- Whether the person was employed by Sciencotonic Edu Pvt Ltd
- Their job title and the dates of employment
- Their reason for leaving, where we hold it
- Whether they are eligible for rehire
- A signed letter on company letterhead, signed by a director of the company, if you need one for your file
What we will not do
- Disclose anything without the candidate's written consent
- Confirm dates or titles we cannot substantiate from our records
- Share salary details unless the candidate has specifically authorised it
If our records differ from what a candidate has told you, we will say so plainly. An accurate answer protects everyone, including the honest people this page is built for.
Response time
We aim to reply within 3 working days. If your process has a deadline, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it. If you have had no reply after five working days, please send the request again — email filters are imperfect, and we would far rather receive a duplicate than let a candidate's offer lapse.
Verification is handled by email only. A written request and a written reply leave a record both sides can keep, which is what a screening file needs. We do not confirm employment details over the telephone to a caller we cannot authenticate.

Below is everything that helps a background check pass. You may already have more of it than you think.
Ask us for a letter — there is no awkwardness in it
If you never received an experience or relieving letter, or you have lost it, write to verify@newtonbox.online with your full name, your role, and your approximate start and end dates. We will issue a signed letter on letterhead. This is a normal request and we are glad to do it.
Documents worth gathering
A screening agency wants documentary evidence, and the strongest pieces are things you hold yourself:
- Offer letter, appointment letter, experience or relieving letter — the primary evidence. Ask us if any are missing.
- Form 16 or your ITR filings for the relevant years. These carry the employer's TAN and are issued by the tax system, not by us — which makes them persuasive and impossible to dispute.
- Bank statements showing salary credits, with the employer name on the transaction narration. Highlight the relevant lines.
- Payslips, if you kept them.
- Your work email history or appraisal records, where you still have access.
A note on PF/EPFO. Provident fund was not deducted during employment here, so there is no UAN service history for this period to draw on. That is worth knowing in advance: if a screening form asks for your UAN record, it simply will not show this employer, and that absence is not a discrepancy against you. Point them to the documents above and to this page instead.
Telling the truth is the whole strategy
State your real dates and your real title. A small inaccuracy — a month's difference, a slightly inflated title — is the single most common reason a check is failed, and it is almost always avoidable. We will confirm what our records show, so let those two accounts match and the check becomes a formality.
Your privacy
There is no public list of employees on this site, and there will not be one. Your name, role and dates are not published here. We disclose to a specific employer only, only with your written consent, and only what that check requires.
