The company has closed. Their work has not — and neither has our responsibility to them.
A company is a legal entity. It can be registered, and it can be closed. What you made here is neither — and closing one does not touch the other.
Four years of research went into that curriculum, and none of it wrote itself. Someone sat with a nine-year-old who could not get an LED to light and stayed until it did. Someone drew a comic that made a microcontroller make sense. Someone checked every kit before it was sealed, because a missing servo meant a child's Saturday was ruined. Someone picked up the phone.
Ten thousand students went through this. The projects further down this page were built by children who did not know they were capable of it until one of you convinced them they were. Rebecca's cable car, Joan's door system, Hrithick in The Hindu — none of that happens without the person who taught them.
So: thank you. Genuinely, and without qualification. If a future employer needs your time here confirmed, we will confirm it — promptly, in writing, and for as long as we are contactable. You should not have to prove that this happened. This site exists so that you don't.
Parents paid real money for this, and it was worth it. There is no one left to bill, so there is no reason to charge. Take all of it.

Newton Box was built out of TREC-STEP inside the NIT Trichy campus — a technology business incubator with a long record of backing deep-tech and education ventures. Selection was not automatic, and it is a matter of public record.
For anyone verifying a former employee: this is independently checkable, and it establishes that the company was a real, vetted operation.
Every one of these is a real project, explained by the child who built it. The title cards were designed in-house. All of it stays online, free, permanently.
A video platform can close an account without warning. These three clips are the ones we hold ourselves: the files sit on this server and play straight from this page, so they survive whatever happens to the channel.
The rest we should be straight about. The 25 student projects and 5 parent reviews further up this page are YouTube embeds — they play from YouTube, and if that channel ever goes, they go with it. What stays here either way is the written record: every title, every project, and the fact that a child built it and someone on our team taught them how.
This is worth stating plainly, because it matters to anyone assessing a former Newton Box employee's CV: our instructors were not casual hires. They came through a deliberate, multi-stage process, and then through training before they ever met a student.

No. Sciencotonic Edu Pvt Ltd has ceased operations. Nothing on this site is for sale, no orders can be placed, and no kits can be shipped. This site is kept online as a record of the work and as a verification contact for former employees.
Two reasons. Former employees are being asked by new employers to prove they worked somewhere that no longer answers the phone — that is a solvable problem, and this site solves it. And the curriculum is genuinely good; taking it offline would waste four years of our team's work for no reason.
The intention is years, not months, and the domain is being kept registered for exactly that reason. It does not rest on us alone, either: the Internet Archive holds dated snapshots of our former website from while the company was trading. Those are timestamped by a third party, they are outside our control, and we cannot quietly edit them. What they show is the company while it was still trading, which is the thing a verifier actually needs. The current record — the one you can check against public filings — is on the company record page.
Give them the verification address on our verification page, and tell us it is coming so we can watch for it. We will respond in writing. You do not need to chase us, and you do not need to apologise for asking.

No. There is deliberately no public staff list. Your name, role and dates are not on this website and will not be added. Verification happens privately, one request at a time, and only with your knowledge.
There is no catch. There is no account to create, nothing to subscribe to, and nobody collecting your email. The company is closed; charging for this would serve no one.
We would be delighted. If you are a teacher, a parent running a weekend club, or another STEM programme, please use it. A credit to Newton Box is appreciated but not demanded.
No — there is no one left to pack or ship them. The curriculum lists every component, so the parts can be bought from any electronics supplier for less than the kit used to cost.
We are sorry — genuinely. The full curriculum and every project walkthrough are free above, so the remaining material is all there. It is not the same as having the instructor, and we know it.
Yes, and it will stay online. If you would prefer it taken down, write to us and we will remove it without argument.
